both of these shoes are soooo good.  the puig is definitely the better shoe though.  lace those Ronans all the way to the tippy top and they'll feel better.  I think that may be why they were "let go"...they just dont grab your ankle like the rest of the Adidas lineup.  But otherwise, they are such a rad cupsole with great board feel.

Thanks fellas. I don't have any pics of the process, but basically I sketched the K3 upper onto the original one, pulled the sole, used the OG upper as a last and cut/stitched the materials together and reglued them to the sole. I'll try to get more shots on my next project.

I usually wear 11 but I got 10.5 because I got wider feet and they are perfect.  So I'd say a half size down

They fit close to your foot, but not too snug. I'd say true to size, most definitely not a half size down like pango said or they'll be crunching your toes up real bad. ccs has em for $35 if you're not trying to spend much, or you can try em on at your local.

Put too much super glue on the suede and it got all slippery but the stuff that's in nail polish helps remove super glue so I just put some nail polish on the shoe and removed it after a few minutes and the glue started to come off as I wiped away the nail polish.

Anyone know what kinda Cons these are?
I was at Ross earlier with a friend and found these being sold for cheap, so I decided to swoop up on them.
Not sure if these are the skate ones or just the normal ones, but it's not canvas, it's this faux suede type material that feels like it'd be pretty durable, and the outsole is grippy and doesn't have that felt material on it like the OG non skate Chucks do.
I might just run over the white lines on the sole with a black sharpie too, I feel like it might look better.
