Thanks for the heads up Tate. I'll call them after the weekend.
Have you returned shoes to them before? You know the process? Was just curious.

[close]

I've only returned shoes to shops that I have bought from. They usually send them back and they send the shop a new/replacement pair.

I have never called a company and talked to them about warranty, maybe they will send you a shipping label to ship to them, or maybe you have to pay to ship to them?
I returned a defective pair of dc's through dc's warranty department and they only made me take pictures of the defects and they sent me a new pair.

yoo anyone want to give me some insight on the huf sutters???

That's basically the only shoe I am skating as of now. The "H" grip could be more durable BUT they will remain grippy after it wears out. They flick well and are comfortable for a thin "Gravis" looking shoe. The leather ones that are coming out in the spring will be the best. The suede ones are regularly available, so skate those until then.

Yup, haven't skated any other NB# models. Only the Stratford's so far.

Probably end up skating the running shoe after the Stratford. The one that comes out next year, the Logan-S

Just out of curiosity Tate, how many sessions you skate a pair of shoes? You probably don't run them down, since you get a bunch for free.

I don't know if it was a defective pair or something  but my friend had a pair of these and blew out the middle of the sole in like 3 months. It was really weird.

Not sure if you're sincere, but thanks! Spent less than $50 for everything you see in the pic and I'm happy with all of it.

use super glue instead, it doesnt make the chuck all bulky and gross like shoe goo does

i think they might be, i dunno. The outsole is super grippy and doesn't have felt on it, and the insole isn't removable but it's more thick and cushiony than a normal Chuck insole.

How do the Stratford's run size-wise. I wear 9 in everything but Cons and can get them super cheap if I'm quick.

They run a half-size small. I asked them to send me and 9 and 9.5. I wear 9 in most shoe and my true size, but it was a tight fit.

Go up half a size and they'll fit better.

how much do the soles of the 'pro' line flatten over time?  Just wondering if I should invest in after market insoles.

the insoles don't flatten out at all. My only complaints are that they're kind of hard and don't mold to your foot that well, so up to you really.
