Was actually thinking about trying a pair of these, just to switch it up a little. Do they have a reinforced heel? Also, how wide/narrow would you say they fit? I haven't had a pair of Globes in like eight years but remember them having a nice, roomier toebox, but then again that was eight years ago and the overall shape of skate shoes have changed since then, so yeah.
What size is your foot, if you're an 8.5 and want to give them a go before spending full price, I'm getting rid of my pair I only skated a few times ( nothing wrong other than minor wear on the left foot, I just have a problem with buying shoes all the time and wanted to try the Lucas's )? What are you used to wearing? I'd say they fit a bit wider or are at least a bit more forgiving. I normally wear 8.5 in everything and this was the same. But usually in Huf/nike/vans the 8.5 will be good lengthwise but on my right foot it needs to break in a little as it's a bit narrow, these were good out of the box in every way I can think of if you like mids.
I'm a size 10 in half cabs, which I'm currently skating. Never had a problem with Vans being too narrow, so I usually stick with them or Lakai; Nike and Adidas were too narrow in the toebox for me and cramped my toes, unless I sized up. But then I feel like the shoe is too long/looks too big, so I don't really like doing that. I think my feet are just fucking weird, idk.
My left ankle has been rolled something gnarly a couple times, so, yeah, I like to fuck with mid tops when I can. Anyways, thanks for the info!
Edit:
Almost forgot
