About to lace up my like 10th pair of 533's.

I'm with you Tate... I'm on my fifth pair in a row and there's no turning back for me. Seriously the best cup sole out. The colors seem to be getting better and better, so hopefully they catch on and more people see the light. Plus, I like supporting PJ too.

Been cleaning out my storage unit. Finding some gems!

Back from when dunks ruled everything. I liked this colorway so much I got two pairs. One I skated, the other I stashed, till last night. I have the T-19s kicking around somewhere too.

hey tate, is it normal to go a size up on the dunks? because i bought some and theres no room in them at all, i'm just not sure if my feet are getting bigger or if they run small.

I'm an 8.5 in most shoes but my dunks were all 9.  Not sure if that was typical but that was my experience with almost all nikes actually.

i find the newer colourways with a leather/swede upper tend to be more narrow then the full swede options.

ooooh, i got the leather suede ones, that explains it, i want to have a full suede version though, in either a black/white colorway or a black/black colorway, but with all these wacky colorways they release that might be hard to find

That's a crazy deal. Is it that good of a shoe though where you'll be willing to skate 6 pairs?

I sent in a pair of vans I had that had a defective sole (it started peeling off) and they sent me a pair of these in return haha.
I had a pair of these years ago. I don't remember them being as thin back then; the insole is super thin so you pretty much feel everything, for better or for worse. Other than that they're just as I remembered them: a decent pair of shoes to skate in but nothing to write home about.

living in sub tropical climate i deal with a lot of rainy days with a lot of humid/wet days. was sick of ruining my suede shoes so i got these vans

water resistance and not too hiking boot looking.

anyone tried the "all weather" series by lakai. i know dvs and other skate companies have done water resistance shoes but ive never physically seen em in person

i know people will give me shit "why not just get a non-skate brand water proof shoes" - the options ive seen in retail stores look too boot like and are usually designed for colder weather.

any other pals have rain shoes?

Emerica The Reynolds Low Black/Silver

I bought 3 pairs of these when they first came out and they were the best shoes I've ever had. Saw this colorway last weekend when I was shoe shopping online and I ordered them immediately. Received them today and they're better than I remember. Perfect colorway, perfect style, and excellent support. Paid $83 directly from Emerica.com but I don't care, they're worth it.

??? they aren't back, they never left, they only release like one colorway a season now, last season was black with a gum sole, and on youtube when emerica replyed to my comment about another reynolds shoe they said "newness coming." so i'm still waiting on that, i'm sure as hell they weren't talking about another colorway. i reissue like the es does with the accel would be great though.

I'm not really wearing skate shoes any more, when I'm not skating.

Working in a vegetable stand, walking on cobblestones I bought these. Today I'm almost not wearing anything else.

Struggling with bad back and bad knees, walking comfortable is not an issue for compromising anymore!
