Found these on sale for $15 so I ordered two pairs. Digging them so far.

Decent shoes. I like 'em...

Haha copped a pair crazy cheap too. Thought it would be good for the summer with all the mesh. Same sole as the Supra Quattro which was great. Upper feels a bit flimsy though, doesn't seem too stable, hope it won't lead to more ankle rolls.

Aside from being a couple seasons old, they probably want to make room for new inventory. Also, they probably get shoes cheaper than skate shops.

It seems like the Ross of the internet or something... I did receive the shoes on time, and brand new.  So I am hyped.

That wouldn't surpise me. I bet there's good markup on shit even at Ross and Marshalls.

These Supras are $10.99 in my size lol.

I still haven't skated the pair I bought almost a year ago but your assessment is in line with what I thought last time I tried them on. Really narrow sole, kinda high, thin feeling upper.

I thought these would be great to skate in, and they fucking sucked. My feet hurt in them b/c of minimal support and they cut my left arch, had to wear band-aids. I think they even caused me back pain.

Back to half-cabs.

Got these cheap, and they do have weirdest fit I've ever have in shoes. No heel lock at all, feels like your heel is slipping constantly, not so stoked about these...

Uhmm I usually like bulkier skate shoes but actually they are my current favourite to skate in. They feel like a more supportive adi-ease to me, but still really minimal and close to the ground. I do use an thicker ortholite insole instead of the original one, but it's still not a shoe for high impact. I plan to get more pairs on the future to skate.

I have had the exact opposite experience with those shoes and love them.

Got two pairs of these at PAC SUN last week for $35 each

Got these Busenitz Boosts for $105 with that active sale a couple weeks ago. My daughter is rocking some Dragons. I'm obsessed with adidas at the moment in case you couldn't tell.

I've been skating CTAS Pro exclusively for some time. These are slightly longer than usual. Not overall bigger just a little longer. The heel material is some kinda of fake leather that doesn't lock the foot even with a tight lacing. And the cherry on the pie is that they replaced their usual midsole material with a hard piece of cardboard. Really disappointed.

At some point they changed the CTAS Pro insoles. Got a few of the old ones where the insole is fully covered in fabric and a few of the newer ones where the outer half an inch or so of the insole is bare neon yellow Lunarlon stuff. The newer ones with the Lunarlon showing are much worse IMO. The size difference isn't very big at all but i get no heel lock with the newer ones and overall with them the fit is just poor but if I change the older type insoles in, the shoes feel great. They really fucked up there. I really like how the CTAS Pros feel with the older insole, but unless they change it back, I won't be buying any anymore.

I listened to a podcast with their TM, and he said the CTAS changes almost every year. They make adjustments and tweaks to try and make it better. So hopefully some of these adjustments/problems will be fixed in the future.

Have noticed differences in the ctas pro's i've gotten from two different places one being skatewarehouse the other being the converse Australia store, the ones i bought here have a lot more padding on the upper ankle area, similar to the old memory foam feeling of the CTS Pro from years back, the rubber toe caps on various pairs have felt off too, some are hard and solid while others feel soft and shitty

CONS KA-2, bought them for a bargain. They're some thick cupsoles. The Lunarlon insole is huge! I can't feel shit when riding on it. I haven't given it a full session yet, but they're like walking on cloud.

They came with a set of red laces so I'm rocking those. They got called Captain America shoes more than once.
