Loving these 913s. I tried on like six different shoes and was about to give up on my comfy shoe search when my local got these in and thought i'd try them on for fucks. so comfy, very supportive, pretty icy too. i'm hoping that new balance keeps these around now that they've brought them back.
wide toebox?
Relatively, yeah. Not the widest I've ever worn, but wide enough I didn't have to stretch them out at all and I didn't have any toe soreness after wearing em. Wider than blazer lows, tyshawns, bruins, crocketts, equal to or less wide than 306s and vans skate sports (which i would recommend for any wide toe box needing people).
The pair of 913s I skated earlier this year were pretty narrow, but I have a mega bunion on my left foot. I stuck a shoe stretcher in for a few days and it helped slightly. I would have gone 1/2 size up on these.
Loved it while mine lasted, I got some old stock so the glue hardened and the heel split from the upper after a week. But
@rothdigga was a G and sent me some replacements.
They skated like a slimmer version of 2000s moon boots (think Emerica Kircharts / Templetons) in terms of rigidity and cushion without feeling like boxes on my feet with very assertive grip on the outsole for flicks.
