I dig them, they are a bit more stiff out of the box than all of the other ones I have. The insole/ footbed feels way softer than all the others which is a plus. Don’t know if these are the kind of shoe I’d skate , but they are definitely sick!

They’re a bit narrower than other “OG” DC models, around the forefoot area. I went my normal size and the fit is good just has a bit of a squeeze, but the more you wear/ skate in them don’t really notice as much.

Only skated in mine a few times, but skates similar to og lynx, just with a big rubber patch at the front. They’ll probably last forever lol

Thanks Bruv!
I've really been enjoying revisiting footwear for the era that i had probably the most fun skating in. Which i'd guess is the marketing working..
Its been hard to find footwear that I actually resonate with that also skates good and wont kill my feet. I have so many roots with DC that it just feels right to skate them for a while.

Used to think the original was so dope until I learned it was a pretty straight rip off of a Nike Garnett shoe

I really like how the toe flicks and the soles are supportive without feeling like you're walking on marshmallows. Not insanely durable but after a little super glue on the stitching they are holding up well.

These fit my foot a lot nicer than the few pairs of half cabs I've mostly been skating the past year. I have a tall foot and usually have trouble finding shoes that I can tie as snug as I like them without hurting.

Overall would buy again and I got these really cheap online so not much risk trying them out.

Got Tyshawns from the sale thread and went up half a size based on people’s recommendations to size up. I have too much heel slip unless I get longer laces and use the top eyelet. They were really tight when I first put them on but they expanded within a day. The width is perfect everywhere except the heel and there’s a bit extra toe room. I’m probably just going to use these for chillers and get the Spitfire pair TTS. If they’re too small, I’ll just use Stance socks. I rather be a bit cramped then have heel slip.

White leather half cabs with the tongues all poofy for '94 Freddy.

I've got some original white leathers with the black sole from maybe '02 but the material in the heel dry-rotted, wish there was some way to restore them (I'm sure there is, just don't have the time).
