Anyways, for my first pair of Etnies ever, I got these Walmart models for under $20 last year and I just started trying them out. They seem fine…definitely not the best shoes ever but not bad and if my feet don’t break and they last more than a few months, I’d say it was worth it.



For the price, I bought two pairs so I’ll be on these for a while but after these, I might try NB and get my first pair of those ever too. Probably miss that train by the time comes too though.

I’ve made an effort to not be rude in the internet for no reason, but I’ve got to say, for me, those things are FUCKING HIDEOUS.
But at the same time, they look like they could be half decent to skate in.
And if you can get a that in shoe for 20$, I’m not sure if I’m more offended by their uglyness or jealous.

Haha, yeah they aren't the greatest but also not too bad considering I used to only skate hi-top Nike Basketball shoes in the 80's and I was originally considering the Etnies MC Rap Hi before I saw these. I don't really give a shit what they look like though, as long as they work and like you said...$20. Fuck it, worth the try.

Nah, as long as I tighten them down a little more than if I was just chilling in them I'm good! Worst case scenario I use the top eyelet but I haven't felt the need to do that with these.
