Homie had a Foot Locker gift card that he didn't want so he gave it to me; it had 35 bucks on it. I went down there earlier today and got 12 pairs of black crew socks, and left with five bucks still left on the card. Pretty stoked, especially since I've been needing new socks for a while now; all my old pairs of socks are starting to get all thin and worn out.

Got this deck for $25. Never had a krooked so I hope I like it. It is also 8.12 which is a step up from my normal size of 8 so I might have to get used to the difference.

Stepping up from an 8 to an 8.12 really isn't that hard to get used to. I skated 8s for a couple of years, and I've been stuck on 8.25s for the longest time. I've always found that the most troubling thing about a board is its length - I don't feel comfortable on really short boards.

Krooked boards are tight though

Yea I skated 8.25 for a couple boards and just wasn't liking how it was harder to flip the board. The control feels good though. I think I will like the step up here. I will be adding indy his tomorrow so I'm pretty stoked on how it will feel.

Heard the bones black mediums are better but we didn't have them. I like the white yellows in my current trucks though. I like the indy socks too because they have cool max in them. I have some santa cruz ones that have cool max and they feel awesome.
