indys are the most durable trucks, they dont grind down fast, and they r not hollow the inside is completly core, just be careful  doing smiths/feebls cause if u do it at an awkward angle, the top of ur kingpin could get fucked up

The X-Band decks are great.  They're really poppy and really light.

A couple of years back, I thought it would be a good idea to save all my boards for a full year; from Thanksgiving to Thanksgiving.  After that, I shot a photo of them all up against the wall and then brought them to the park and gave them to random kids, or whatever.  Since I don't ride them very long, that usually stokes someone out.  It makes me feel better to do something sort of philanthropic for all the times I gave the park kids dirty looks for getting in my way.   ;)

Now, I think I'm gonna switch it up.  Even though I only have a few photos of actual set-up's, I think that by using the photos I take for this thread, I can keep the boards documented and still be able to free up some space in my garage.  I just think it's a pretty cool trip down memory lane when you can look back and be reminded by the board that you skated on a trip somewhere.  Anyone else do shit like this?

I gave my first board away (Kewday 7.625) and have regretted it ever since. I sound like a hoarder, but I find you develop a relationship with your board and they remind you of different periods of your skating (tricks learnt, places skated, what the weather was like etc.). I know this sounds stupid, but I am thinking of putting dates on my boards to remind me when I skated them - however, after reading the last post, maybe I will give them away eventually...

At the moment:

Afends 8 x 31.8 (Byron Bay (AUS) company that got a limited run of boards made through Dwindle - the local rep works at a bong shop near my office and sells them to me for $80AUS, which is damn cheap for these parts!)
Venture Polished 5.0s
World Industries 50mm wheels (brand new for $15AUS from a local pawn shop - also damn cheap for these parts!)
Minilogo bearings (they ran out of Modus Blacks)
Jessup griptape
Hardware from the box of spares at PSC skateshop
