Well, I was actually in Chapel Hill last night.

Literally thousands of people crying.


If you watched the game, Tyler actually played good(although credit to Kansas they did an EXCELLENT job around the basket, out rebounding him and everyone else), as did Green and Ellington for stretches. The rest of the team choked pretty bad, and when you're as deep as UNC, there is no excuse for getting down that quick like they did. UNC just wasn't ready, as they had one of the easiest roads through the tournament, winning the previous games by 30 twice and while Louisville is good, Kansas was a equal that UNC hadn't faced in too long. Kansas simply played better for 2/3 of the game in every aspect. Though you have to admit, cutting a 28 point lead down to 4, is a VERY impressive comeback. Then of course they got tired and Kansas pulled away.

Watching the Memphis' game, I'd have to say they're gonna take the championship tomorrow night. Should be a great matchup, but I see Memphis as playing very, very well and having the edge. That dunk over Love was amazing.


If all the UNC juniors are back next year, expect them to win it all, thats a dagger prediction.

That was a damn good game and shit that was some clutchness  by Chalmers at end of regulation.

Memphis coulda put it away with all those missed free throws.  I'm stoked Kansas won though.

Wow, that was one of the best championship games ever. Memphis had all the momentum in the last 10 minutes. But Kansas hit that 3 to send it into overtime, they deserved to win for not giving up.

pretty shocking how memphis blew this game. first dorsey had that stupid foul towards the end of regulation that fouled him out, leaving memphis without a real defensive presence, and memphis' piss poor effort at the free throw line. 4 out of the last 5 ft's they missed which would of iced the game, and majority of the misses were from their star players cdr and rose, who really didnt have that big of an impact in this game, which was a shame cause there was alot of hype around this kid, just hope he doesnt go into the draft this year.

and that huge shot from chalmbers to take to o.t. was the momentum changer, memphis looked dead tired going into o.t. and the momentum was definately with kansas. great game, not the championship i had picked, but hats off to kansas.

yeah I hate to agree, but it' was painful watching Memphis brick those free throws, when they've been getting shit for that all year and no respect for longer, I really wanted them to win it, and it's clear they had the most talent, and we're so fucking close to closing it out

i was really pullin for memphis too dagger, they looked unstoppable throughout the tourney, and they were shooting really well from the free throw line as well, especially against ucla. i think rose was kinda still feeling ill from the gummy bears that put him out of practice cause he looked very sluggish out there and i was expecting a big game from him, cdr did all he could to carry the load though. i think if everyone stays, they will be there next year, same goes to unc.

i also didnt like that call that calapari made to foul with like 48 seconds left in ot when they were down 3, they could of stopped them then gone for the tie rather than go down 5.

and chalmbers will be a kansas hero for the rest of his life.
