I hate my job (I know, we all do), and I feel like I’m too old to find a new one.

Never to old, find something that makes you happy, lifes to short to be somewhere you hate 5 days a week(or more?)

You got an invite tho.

Anyway this reminded me on Halloween I butt dialed a work account at 12:30 am. Dude told me I left and voicemail and that it was funny. No idea whats on there. Probably a drunk convo between me and my wife. Smh.

My nephew Sean is missing. He ran away from home and is hiding in a set.
Turns out all my nephews are "cripping"

I used to hang out with one 11. I might be the only crust punk who's done dirt and put in work outside of jail.

I am OG retiree not a fucking case worker. I'm not going hunting for him. They want to play gangster I'm not getting involved.

One of these regular kids got shot like 2 weeks ago over talking shit online.

I fucking hate gang bullshit

Fuck, man.. I was gonna come in here and bitch about being more burnt out on skating than I usually am but... That's the least important topic to cover here.
I sincerely hope your nephew comes home safe and sound. Seen too many of my good buddies fall into that life.

you should at least splint the finger with bad knuckle up against the next finger. Might make typing hard but worth it. I had thta happen while i was on crutches for different injury, didn’t go to dr for it for like a year and it healed wrong. They said if i had splinted it it would be fine. It’s not that bad but i wish i took care of it

Good info. Should just buy a new brace with a finger splint I guess.

Seasonal Affective Disorder has me in some dark places right now... I want to talk to my wife about it, but I also don't want to frighten her or make her feel like she can't handle it... I don't know what to do, Pals.

I know what you mean, but talk to her about it sooner than later. She's your wife. If anyone has your back, it should be her (I'm sure she does). If you can't say everything you need to, go talk to a therapist. The worst thing you can do is not say whats on your mind.

It gets better to talk about shit and I get how you you might not want to talk with your wife or whatnot sometimes it's good to ask for a hug.

I know it sounds dumb but it really helps if you are feeling like shit for no reason or another. Kinda like Bob in fight club sometimes a hug really does help she asks why just hold closer they seem to love a vulnerable men especially when we are quiet.

You are both right. I can trust her and she does have my back. I just don't want to overwhelm her when she has her own problems, ya know? We've only been married a little over a month and I don't want her to feel like that's a factor because that is the LAST thing that would be a factor.

Exactly what he said. Sometimes as a guy you feel like a woman can’t handle your issues, but the truth is they can and they want to. When you don’t tell them they notice something is off and if you don’t communicate they think it’s them. I am just now learning this shit.

You guys are right. I need to bring the proverbial walls down and let her know that I'm not doing so well.
Thanks, guys. Being a newlywed is something I never thought I'd experience. It's nice to know that I have a little bit of guidance through this.

Going through exactly the same thing.  I can nearly time it after a lot of lost years. As soon as my car is frozen in the morning my mood drops through the floor.  Already called in sick. But I know it’s meds’ time again. Not worth the torture I put myself and anyone around me through. I hate it so much but I can do something to help it. Try to tell people what is going on. Things get so much darker if you keep it all inside. Good luck man.  You’re definitely not alone.
