Get tested for lyme, I recently found out that I likely had more than one round of lyme disease that went untreated, and it will be in your best interest to treat it now. The joint pain is no joke.

Thanks. I went to the doctor and she said I'll be fine, I probably just had some weird reaction. So, that is good news.

One of the best writers and a good dude died. He was very frickin cool. He was a skater and into hardcore. He is a real king. Keith Mise 156.

I bought skater XL. The kids wanna be Evan Smith but they are pushing with X. Jimbi focused a remote. He's grounded. Only allowed to skate or draw or play drums for a week.

Skaters better get this f****** money I hate video games and need real life shit like spanky orange wheels
Plz stop killing each other

I started online class for my apprenticeship/trade classes. Imagine a bunch of simple construction minds trying to figure out the internet. Thank god for beer because i'd take a pipe-wrench to my head.

Three hours of "can ya guys see me?"

I feel like there is more responsibilities with fitting. A welders only gotta worry about a leak, ya know? Not putting down welders or nothing, but fitters gotta do more math and critical thinking.

im just a white-collar student...... but i understand the amount of skill required for the trades. i have a hard time holding my tongue when i talk to my classmates about the trades and i usually end up blowing up on them when they start talking shit when 99.99% of them couldnt handle their own in a work shop. for what it's worth, i got a 6g pipe cert on gtaw on schedule 40 carbon steel, but im sure you dont care about people like me.

welders are pretty fucking stupid, though. ive come across many that cant read a clock....or read at all.

White collar my ass! haha you got certs on carbon steel! Thats mainly what I work around, 6010. I would love to get into CAD/BIM though. That's my end goal. I worked graphic design before and never realized how hard tradesmen work. New found respect forsure.

6010 aluminum or 6010 SMAW? you would be a shoe-in for CAD if you did graphic design, check out titans of cnc if you arent familiar with them, they have free CAD and CNC video tutorials (https://academy.titansofcnc.com/#start-courses). i dont know where you are but they are in the sacramento area. ive never heard of BIM, whats that?

Not stoked on wildfires, continued draught , 85+ degree forecasts for the foreseeable future , the sun , humidity .

Whoever built our local skatepark with no shade, and no consideration for the direction the sun hits, and for it’s close proximity to a river that makes it a haven for mosquitos .

Can’t wait for the fall and cool weather.

not stoked on my new job.
Have to stand for about 10 hours and it takes about 2 hours to get there. When I get out of there it’s so late and I’m usually too tired to skate. my homie got robbed at the skate park at night so I’m not too excited to go there. when I can, I usually skate the street spots where the old heads skate so it’s safer.

I drive a concrete truck (ready mix) for a living, we usually work about 70 hours a week, with very little heads up on where our next shift is. That part is manageable but our hours are getting cut like crazy and Tesla just bought the land our plant is on so now when ever we come back to the plant or leave the plant we get cut off buy dickheads in white trucks or dick heads driving belly dumps. Our management is full of bootlickers who have never driven a truck or had a commercial licence. I'm taking a job where I will be flying to different states Monday through Friday to drive trash trucks and I will see my family more that way than I currently do. Also I'm not stoked on late stage capitalism, cops and bigots.
Well I have like 9 Andy Anderson dated flight decks.

Definitely not stoked on the blatant corruption and conflict of interests that is my country’s Postmaster owning $30M-$75M+ in XPO Logistics stock, USPS competitors, thus giving him tens of millions to gain from sabotaging the USPS.

Also not stoked on the people that blindly support our destructive president just because they want to see the other “side” lose.

I sprained my ankle pretty badly skating last Sunday. I went to the ER for x-ray imaging and its not a break so I'm very grateful for that but the sprain is pretty gruesome and I can't take any freelance work until I can manage walking. I'm trying to stay off of it and do RICE for at least another week. Anyways the worst part is I rolled it on a dumb slappy nose slide shuv it.

Had one of those sessions last night where nothing was working right; tricks that are usually first try took the whole session to land; nothing felt right, felt like I was skating on another planet or something; was definitely a frustrating sesh.

Noticing a lot more pros and regular people using their heels to balance slides. Pisses me off cause I’ve always seen it as cheating and avoided it. But it seems to be accepted, and now I’m gonna flip out of everything using my heel to balance

I had a friend who tried to drag his toe to balance on a manual down a steep manual pad and he was like, "What do you think? Could I use this in a part?"

I ordered my mom’s husband a birthday present last Sunday. It shipped from Sacramento, and it’s going to Reno. That’s 130 miles north East. It went to San Bernardino, disappeared for a while, reemerged in Kentucky. It’s now in Cincinnati heading further East I assume. This is all through USPS.

I'm over driving. It's so expensive and stressful. Riding a bike is exponentially cheaper, good exercise, and even faster downtown. But I need to drive because the transit system is piss-poor and it's too difficult to go anywhere or get groceries in the winter without a car.

Having no friends, and also having a family who never really cared about me. The only person I'm even close to is my fiance but it's a long distance relationship and might remain so for a few more years. I've spent most of the past 14 years alone and it continues during these trying times. No one cares.

Even if someone were to reach out, all these years being reclusive have taken a huge toll on my ability to socialize.

I know this messageboard is a hellsite and it's hard to reach out to people when you've been by yourself so long but there's a good handful of people on here that would be down to listen and talk. If you ever need to message me and I'll give you my Twitter/insta/facebook since the messaging system here sucks. Don't gotta message daily or weekly, if it takes a month to reply that's cool.

I wanted to learn tailslides again this summer but on my birthday a couple weeks ago I fucked up my back to where it still hurts to bend and my right leg has a limp since so probably not gonna learn em soon. Also wanted to film a minute worth of footage this year but pandemic anxiety stopped that.
