I'm not sure about there validity, but these sites caught my eye.

The more i think about it the more it makes sense. All these technological advancements and a car that is considered to have good gas mileage is only 30 mpg? It just doesnt add up. I'm sure if we were to study an engine and how it works we could figure this out.

it definitely makes sense on why they would do this, i think i want to get one of those water powered ones in the video.
