Haven't posted in a minute so I'll make a mega post.

First stuff is from an indoor bowl a couple hours out of the city. The bowl is above a bakery and it's the raddest thing. I was shooting with a borrowed D700/16mm at ISO 25600 and no flashes (all the black and white stuff). Seriously the funnest thing ever. Can't wait till I have the money to pick one up.

A couple portraits of my friend Jake and Alex.

A couple things involving hills:

And here's some stuff from the SBC Photo Annual that just came out. Here's a little preview of it over at the SBC site:
http://www.sbcskateboard.com/features_article?news_id=2330

It's a really rad issue and there's some mindblowing stuff in there. Go pick it up if you can find it! Anyway, here's one of the photos:

Kyle Macdonald; bs 180 nosegrind revert.

I think that's about it haha. I forgot how much stuff I had to post. And jesus Fishsticks! Those are some next level purchases. Can't imagine how stoked you are. Fuck yeah.

haven't done a x-pro in over a year ... speaking of xpro: did somebody develope a c41 colour film  in b/w chemistry? I think I'll try out and see what happens.

We found a scrap pile in a fenced off parking lot and ending up finding an S rail of some sort. It was so cold out we could see our breaths and I was wearing 2 t shirts, a hoodie and a jacket. Fuck November on the east. Anyway, here's a few from today:

Sorry for the mega post, but my account just finally started working after like 2 years of trouble with it and lurking these boards.
some of this stuff is shot with a Holga, some of it with my K-1000. when i shoot 35 i usually shoot slide film and then get it cross processed so the contrast and color balance is out of my control, and i prefer shooting dead-stock film cause it adds a little more randomness to the process with imperfections and bleeds.

so you developed those shots in a b&w darkroom? they were originally c41 colour? or c41 b&w? What times did you go by? Sorry i'm having a little trouble understanding this.

yeah, I wasn't clear enough:

kodacolor iso 200 color negative film, shot at iso 200. developed in xtol at 21? for 9,5 minutes. agitated for the first 30 seconds then regularly for the further 9 minutes. sounds better?

ahh okay. I didn't think you could develop c41 on your own. I'll have to give it a try

you can develop any kind of film by yourself, so long as your willing to take risks with your film and try different processes. when i was still going to school for photography there was a kid in my class that developed film using urine and house hold chemicals. it took like a week, grossed out a lot of people, and definitely came out a little weird. but it worked.

Judging by his post, I'd say he used B&W chemicals with a C-41 film. So cross-processing in a way

ahh okay. I didn't think you could develop c41 on your own. I'll have to give it a try
