EB has this deal now, trade in six playstation 2 games and get a PSP for twenty bucks. I think I might pick one up. I wouldn't mind having it to mess around with on car rides or something. Plus theres a web browser, which probably isnt too great, but I guess it's more for the novelty of it, and you can throw some videos on there, so it seems like a pretty sick thing to have.

wow that could be really legit cause  i have about 20 ps2 games i dont play since getting the ps3, problem is i dont have the box for most of them

ds just seems more legit, more fun games, cheaper by about $150 bucks but i dont know if id use it enough

I think they've got a similar offer for the ds too actually, except it's trade in five games and you get it for free.

psp's are way better than the DS.  But the webbrowser on the psp SUCKS, not even worth using AT ALL.

But for roadtrips, they are the best, watching movies on them is pretty good to.  If you get a psp, get THE WARRIORS game, it rules.

I don't have either of them, but the ds seems a little more interactive. for example, my friend was playing some zelda game for it, and was stuck on some puzzle where you have to blow out candles or something, anyway he eventually figured out that you have to actually blow into part of the thing, little shit like that seems cooler than the psp to me.

I've had both and I liked the psp better. There are some good games and you can download movies onto it which is rad. Although the internet browser isn't the greatest, you can still look at porn. That making it the clear winner.

how big is the DS? i jut dont think that the PSP is portable enough, it seems like i could put the DS in my pocket where as the PSP seems like a clunky mess, the porn thing actually makes it pretty intruiging, for downloading movies, do you mean illegal torrents?

can you mod a psp or a DS? id want to be able to download games cause  i dont want to pay alot

You can get any movie if its in mp4 format. So you can get skate clips off youtube and put them in. Or porn. I don't know about the modding with a DS but with a psp you can put loads of emulators and stuff.

i just picked up the new Ninja Gaiden game for DS. I've been dissapointed by a couple DS games but this one is definately worth checking out. I don't even really like video games...

p.s. If they could get some good games for the I-Phone i wouldn't mind getting one. Traveling with a million different electronic devices and all the accessories such a pain...

this would strictly be for gaming

well,

i dont know if this is an option for you, but i plan on doing it.

july 11th apple is dropping the new iphones with 3g. so i guess interent browsing is going to be really really good. its also only going to be $200. There are alot of apps you can add to these things. Youporn browsing (at work jerks)..you could just go to addictinggames.com and play for hours.

ds... i had one 2 years back but sold it, and i regret it everyday....  it depends what kind of games your looking to play.... if your an old school gamer who likes to relive the glory of SNES days gone by, the ds is definitely for you...

get a supercard or a flash card for it... you can download the roms using torrent and play loads of games from the current ds and gba library, which is a LOT of games....

http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/Main_Page

the games are usually up for torrenting a couple of days after release too....

starfox ds, FF3, Elite Beat Agents and Castlevania had me addicted for a long time....

then again with the ipod touch, you got video, music plus you can upload a gba emulator on the thing, so that even more hours of fun..... i was fooling around with my friends ipod touch a while back and it was the bomb.....

fuck it. DS it is.

I have a laptop, dont need a broswer, I have an iPod, dont need the music

From the sounds of it, the games are better on the DS and its 100$ cheaper, not to mention the games are cheaper
