I could be wrong about it but I think the fact he stayed in school to get a degree (which was a smart move) might have caused an issue. I swear he said something in an interview about letting Jamie know he was totally committed but really wanted to get a college degree. Missing tours and maybe not always filming over stretches due to school was an issue? I could have it mixed up. However, I was even move stoked on the guy after I found out he stuck it out in school. Sounds like a smart guy as he obvisously is looking out for his future. Too many pros I see and wonder what the fuck they are gonna do when the ride is over. I'd be bummin if I was a late 30's ex-pro working retail in some boutique skate shop making no money. Wouldn't make me happy at all. Also, his B&W part was really solid.
Bobiers had a tough time filming during DTL, but he never almost got kicked off. He's been a part of our gig for 10 plus and we'll always back him.
