You asked why only so late in my life, well since you asked: There are not many of those US style painted parking blocks in Switzerland and our regular curbs usually are granite or some stuff that simply doesn‘t grind. Today I discovered these freshly lacquered yellow parking blocks at a post office (Swiss post office color is yellow) and they were dreamy and I got a few slappies out of them. Now my trucks are all yellow, does well with the deck, which is yellow too.

It's exactly the same here in Brazil, yellow sidewalks and everything. Shopping center parking lots are usually pretty good for slappies too.

That everyone from my local DIY got together today with their families and did an end of year cleanup of the park! Felt good, no one looked at it like it was a chore, more as a way to say thanks for always having somewhere to roll.

After seeing the senate election results from Georgia, I am feeling cautious hope for the future again.

Also, the paperwork for the refinance of my mortgage was signed yesterday and my payments don't start until March so I get to put that money that would have been the payment for February into savings.

I'm extremely happy and relieved about the GA senate results.

Also, my gf and I have an ex-friend and overall manipulative person as our landlord that last week sent us a letter saying rent is going up $400. We're fairly certain that's illegal, but we decided to not fight it and just move out. In under a week we got approved for a cute place we're hyped on that's also on a lake. It'll be so nice to not have the tension from our LL, and to live by water instead of alongside a loud ass road.
