woke up to 4-5 inches of snow. were not opening the shop today, and tomorrow is my day off. i literally get to do nothing for 2 days and im loving it.

There's this place in Detroit that deep fries an entire chicken (hen?) and the skin is soooo crispy and good. We always tell people to pick some up for us if they're going through Detroit. The bag is seriously soaked with grease but that crispy ass skin is so flavorful and crispy.

snow is gone so i can skate again, had my first skate of the year yesterday and got my most recently learnt trick from 2010 first try which made my day. (consistency where i didnt imagine it, and it was nice and clean)

also had a half hour 5man game of skate that was soooo fun, came second but i never expected to beat the dude that came first or 3rd for that matter

while skating the basketball coutrs with a few locals i got props for a flatground nollie shuv, he said it was "nice and floaty like" never got props for such a simple trick before

Snow is gone, and it stopped raining too, so tommorow I will hopefully be skating after good 2 months. I have a pretty dificult exam on Friday, but fuck it, I need to do some kickflips.
