finished my education for being a mental trainer/ mental coach yesterday, then went to grab beers and went to the local DIY spot and learned frontside and backside tail slides on banks and had a couple beers. went home got the dog and another beer and took the little dude for a walk and then fell into my bed like dead.

I've made it a month and a half with no cigarettes, tobacco, or nicotine. Quitting cold turkey was the best decision I've ever made.
Edit: I've also just started dating this girl that I've been head-over-heels for since we met. I'm happy.
