My sister in law had her thyroid cancer surgery yesterday and it sounds like zero complications and she'll be doing iodine therapy. She's only 33 and my brother is 34 so to me they're just kids and I'm just really fucking grateful. Xo

I was literally chopping and stacking wood for over an hour before, then took a 15-20 min lunch to get out on time. Work has been a Rocky IV type of workout everyday. Today I ripped out all the plants in like a 200 ft strip in a couple hours.

Totally know that torture. I was on pills for an extended period and I had to figure out how to shit regularly despite being fully blocked up. I tried a bunch of stuff including Metamucil and laxatives but the only thing that worked for me was about a cup of oatmeal. Full oats, no chop, no instant. I sweetened it with raisins but you can do whatever you need to get it down. Plain it tastes pretty lousy.
