Fully agreed with what’s been said so far. I went to the familia premiere last night and i loved it. The whole video is really cohesive and, as corny as it sounds, has a certain vibe to that’s really hard to describe but you know it when you see it.

Meeting the team was awesome too. I talked to max a bit, he’s really cool. Apparently he had some of the ideas for the music which worked really well. I also spoke to ryan lay for a while because we have some shared experiences and he’s gotta be the nicest pro i’ve ever met. Nothing but good things to say about him.

He’s said before that he’ll quit before he turns pro. He doesn’t like the idea of making money from skateboarding other than his streaming/patreon revenue. I wonder if the good feedback this video is getting and the extra exposure he’ll get from it might change his mind at all.

they listed his name as Joa Field on the video flier. I would be pretty surprised if they used "Gifted Hater" on any branding, Jerry's talked a lot about how he decided to sponsor him based on his skating and that he didn't even know about his Youtube channel when he started sending him stuff (not sure I believe that though lol)
