yeah, but if you are after a high calorie to weight ratio they are a gold mine.

Walnut and raisin mix is where it's at.

The ratio needs to lean a bit on the raisin side for adequate sweetness and carbs.

I like to mix in some cashews as well, so good

What is the ratio of humming birds to nuts & chocolate in this? 
Are the hummers dehydrated/dried?
Is their texture crunchy like the nuts, or more chewy like the dried fruit?
Can't wait to try some of this!
