Never been a fan of Torey, and I don't think I ever will, but sometimes he goes so far into ridiculous territory that I can't help but put a little smile on my face :) that  two corner tailslide, and the lipslide was undeniably insane!

I think the song choice says everything about how in the past torey and plan b are now. This could’ve come out in 2011 and you wouldn’t know.

All time worst song choices, but dude is pretty sick. I kind of forgot that despite the questionable style and trick selection, he does hold some long ass grinds and can jump pretty high.

King of going the distance on slides and grinds.  While I'm not the biggest TPuds fan, I'm all for this return.  I even felt in his older age, he maybe chilled a bit on the stuff I didn't like and got more tasteful?

shouldn't

while watching this part i found myself saying “that was crazy… but kinda stupid” a couple of times. i was a lot more impressed by that part he put out a couple years ago. cool to see him still making something off of skateboarding though after the whole shoe purgatory deal that seemed to last forever.

imagine fucking the dog shit outta chris roberts

I have been on Slap forever but one of the things that was brought to my attention from this forum was Torey's hands and now I cannot unsee it. I mean for a 36 year old, that is pretty solid and pretty much on par with his older skating which says something but yes, the guy's style is just not pretty. His backtails on that curb that had 3 different angles was pretty cool.

I hate lip/boardslides on ledges but I dig Torey.

No #MeToo accusations, no Epstein list, no Nazi affiliations - just dumb trick choices and some questionable fits

If someone made an AI prompt to take one of Nick Matthews’ tall rail back smiths and make it look like it was Torey doing it, it would look exactly like the one at 1:23.

Although, if that were the case, the giveaway that it was AI would be that the rail and stairs were given annoying/loud colors like Toreys usual shoes/fits.

You can interpret that as an insult or a compliment idc

I agree. Nollie flip nosegrind the hubba and back lip drop to front board stood out to me. Nobody holds grinds/slides like Torey, he’s an essential character in skating in my opinion.

how many chinese trousers have been ruined at the cost of his 50 ft slides...khakis completely saturated with the copious amount of wax Torey leaves on their polished marble ledges

Always been a fan of this dude, good to see him still ripping and progressing and doing insanely long back tails. His style has only become more solid too. Tpuds is aging damn well.

I liked him in skate more and in dudes dudes dudes. After this everything else was overshadowed by his trick selection, fit and arms

I agree with this with all my heart, but I am completely over backtail kickflips out. Unless you're Heath Kirchart. 16 years ago.

Quite liked the quick switch k on the rail and the curved ledge lipslide- when he's balancing it without the wheels touching for a few seconds it really looked cool.

I usually don't complain about song choices either, but that would have been so much better if it had of actually been Rolling In The Deep. I was smiling when I thought that's what it was gonna be.

Anyway, well done Torey. You're probably getting a decent paycheque once more. Your nollie heel crooked on Hubba and how you powerslid the rollaway will live on.

not everyone's cup of tea, and that was a rough weezy track to use for this, but he will always impress me with how he keeps progressing his skating. the double corner back tail was really neat

front shove front ng 180 is kinda sick. Tpuds footy is like a time machine back to the mid 2010s.

I have a low tolerance for the amount of tail/nose/lip slides in a part, after about 4 I start to roll my eyes. There were 12 (I counted the lip to flip to lip as 2) but there were also too many crook to flip out. It’s all so derivative. He just has a bad selection of tricks, which is crazy because he has a good bag of tricks when he wants to.

Also he’s 40 still rocking them bigass beanies. Ignore me, I just do not like his skating.

Torey is my guilty pleasure skater for me. I’m 25 years old for context, so I got to kind of see the big hype around him for a long time. There were a lot of torey clones in my middle school and high school years. I will always respect someone who is unapologetically thereselves, especially in skateboarding.

Also, side note, grizzly is super corny don’t get me wrong, but it must be a great feeling to have your childhood vision take off like that
