So good, Igei deserved more than he got post-Aesthetics...

His Static II part is one of my favorite parts of all-time and he is the owner of the greatest fakie hardflip of all time...

God damn I love Igei! Obviously Static II is all time but his short part in Bleach a few years back was really killer.

Those two switch front shoves are mental. His static 2 ender blew my mind at the time. Still one of my favourite parts. Andy Honen's footage in it is real good too

I love this part but always hated the song or the remix to the Mobb song. I still think his Static 2 part is the best.

I had no idea who Jeru The Damaja was but was a fan after that part. Static 2 is Josh Stewart's magnum opus.

I probably wrote this a ton of times on here but when I first started skating my first videos I saw were hand me down and dubbed old videos (I remember watching mostly 411 issue 7 and best of volume 2). First video brand new in the plastic was ryde or die volume 1 (vhs).  I remember thinking how insanely better filmed it was and how is was more of a production. I also remember thinking, “holy moley - how can anyone be this good!?” Watching Igei’s part.

It seemed like he had tricks like a button push with the best pop. Hardflip tricks especially. Like he just bended his knees and sprung the most perfect flip tricks and stuff. Could do it all. I love his static 2 part and this part too. Dude’s so good it was hard to comprehend as a kid who had been skating for like year or something. Damn this part is so good. Thanks for the reminder.
