this is one of my favorites
we could get matching halter tops and do kickturns over the dick at fdr, people wouldn't know what to do. I would be a c cup massacre.

My favorites are when you're in Texas in August and it says watch for ice on bridge.

We have the ice on bridges signs too, but that ice is elusive as fuck. All I ever see are broken beer bottles and dead raccoons.

in my bc wanderings i always try to get pics of these warning signs, which are located at the top of the steepest grades...   note that the speeds are in km/h, not mph

here is a runaway lane on the coquihalla pass (8% grade for 13kms, no flat sections):

the road i still long to experience is the drop into bella coola, down the heckman pass...   18% grade for 6km, with no flat spots, no runaway lanes, no roadside barricades...   the road can never be paved because only gravel provides enough traction to climb or slow down on the damn thing.

note how steep the section these folks are standing on is:

on the topic of bombing hills

Quote from: www.Wikipedia.org
In 2001 a 19-year-old University of Otago student was killed when she and another student attempted to travel down the street inside a wheelie bin. The bin collided with a parked trailer, killing one of the occupants instantly, and causing serious head injuries for the second.

on this street, the worlds steepest

take the hope-princeton or the fraser canyon, theyre both infinitely more scenic and interesting...    could you pick up some blackberry flavoured honey for me at one of the fruit stands?

ha, i remember coming home from my grandma's in prince george in 2000, it was closed due to heavy snowfall...   in mid august!
ive actually been emailing back and forth with vaughn palmer at the sun, hes interested in the historical parallels between the tolls on the coquihalla and on the old fraser canyon road from 1926 to 1944

There are two of these in my town. I have to stop every day for the Geese to cross the road and I enjoy nature's way of making me relax on my way to class. Yes, I live in NJ.
