the only times i've returned a board is when it delams(glue is weak so the plys come apart)or when the board is warped.

i've never heard of someone trying to return a deck that they actually rode and broke themselves.
seems like a stretch trying to get a new one.

Yeah... shit happens. it could have been a defect or you just didn't land that shit right. Worth a shot i guess, I had a shop refund me on a zoo york board that snapped the tail off when i popped an Ollie, they didn't seem to want to though. Probably easier to just sell somethign for 35 bucks and get a new one.
