supa vs marks was kinda lame for sure...
donovan on the other hand is quite a weird cat: he fucked up three basic tricks and then got malto on everything doubleflip... i'd like to see him play more games, to see if he has a big bag of tricks or if he just trained for this shit... anyway, he did very good considering all the hype and "pressure"
donovan and malto played with very different strategies: malto going with relatively basic, sure thing tricks, hoping that donovan would eventually slip up on enough of them (which he almost did) and donovan going out on a limb everytime with crazy tricks he knew his opponent couldn't land.
donovan played a much better game, at least from a fan's perspective. even when he had one letter left, he still used his turn for far out tricks, while malto played it pretty safe, even going for wenning's fs shove/switch fs shove strategy. you could tell that donovan could do almost all of the tricks he got letters for, he just slipped up, as one tends to do when they're doing a bunch of tricks in a row. and the sickest thing, and i'm not sure if this was intentional or not on donovan's part but he got malto out on a souped up version of the trick malto is most known for (aside from overcrooks). i think it was on purpose, 'cause when they were picking names, donovan said something like "i got hardflips too."
