I was skating with Jimmy Lannon this summer and he literally does yoga on the spot.

I've gone to a few classes, but I don't have the attention span to do it regularly.  I should though.

I think it's a dope idea. My chrio says the same thing, but because I skate and work in a warehouse carrying heavy ass shit all the time. I need to just go and do it and stop talking about it. I say fuck anyone who talks shit on it because the shit is good for you and there are always hotties walking around the bay area with yoga mats. Win win if you ask me.

I am not persay into yoga but I do stretch and semi meditate daily.
I put aside about 15 minutes in the morning to take time stretching out my legs and lower back specifically.
Growing up skating I never stretched much and my body started showing signs of it.
After a trip to my natural medicines facility I got a decent regimen down.
The keys are exhaling when you initiate your stretch and never forcing anything.
Yoga is a serious commitment, I think my halfassed version suits my lifestyle fine.

Talk to Spungo... he's been into it for a while and also helped me out by giving me some exercises after I hurt my knee.

i used to have a hard time sleeping so i learned some yoga breathing exercises and it'd knock me out.
I rolled my ankle jacking off on a ladder.
