NEED HELP DESPERATELY!!! ANKLE HEALING ADVICE!!!

alright well i have come to the slap forum for advice about how to heal a rolled ankle. my ankle is the size of a tennis ball. please i know you rats have had rolled ankles...i need this baby back before i lose my mind.

time is the only thing that heals a fucked up ankle.....  nothing worse than getting slightly better, trying to skate and fucking it up even more....

just take some time off, read books, jack off, whatever, just let it heal.....

oh yeah, ankle braces dont do shit to heal your ankle, they constrict blood flow and provide minimal support....



if its really bad, then you can consider a temp cast....  it aligns the ankle and muscles in that area right so healing is A LOT faster....  i was hobbling around on a severely tweaked ankle for a week without it getting better, and a slapped the temp cast on for a couple of days....  was back to walking shortly after that...

the place i go is $50 but its could be more or less depending on where you are.

they poke the hell out of your swollen ankle, then use a suction thingy to drain the blood and relieve the pressure.
then they put some needles in various parts of the ankle, hook up electrodes and electroshock it(not all the time, depends on how bad it is)while they keep a heated lamp pointed at your ankle. 
it usually takes about 30-45 minutes and you walk out normal, no limp whatsoever.
i didn't believe it but my mom paid for it once after i rolled it skating when i was a little kid.
i've been a believer ever since.
