I'm trying to find this old spitfire ad from a few years back. If i remeber correctly, it was a two page spread of all these big heads colored in reference to the team riders. Anyone remeber that one?

I think it was in a 2004 issue of Thrasher? I would check, but most of my issues from that year are held together with scotch tape. Sorry.

Fuck yes, that was probably one of my favourites ads ever... I had an issue of Thrasher that had it and thought it was genius the way each head managed to sum up the personality of each rider with only a few additions. Would love to have it as a high res download, someone please make it happen!

This reminds me, Thrasher also did something similar with the girl from the "Oh god why can't my boyfriend skate?" tshirt with pop culture references (Kiss, Clockwork Orange, etc etc) for a subscription pull-out. I always thought that they would have had made an awesome sticker pack... think I still have it somewhere, will have to have a look for it

The oldest one I could remember was a single pager and had a black background. Gall's was backwards or something and there was probably a Ryan Hickey one also. Hopefully I can find it and still have it.

YES. I had that one hanging on my wall when I was a kid. Also has ed templeton doing a smith grind or something like that.. SOMEONE SCAN THAT SHIT!!!
