E-Mail Issue

So my old university is finally going to delete my e-mail privileges.  I'm fine with that except I use it for pretty much everything I need to sign up for on the internet.  I have two questions:

Will I still be able to log in to these websites if I don't have access to that e-mail account?  If not,

Is there any way to find out how many different places my e-mail is tied to so i can change it?  I think I remember hearing about it... and I know I'm going to forget something.

on any web site you login into should allow you to update your email in account settings.

Well I can't help you there. But I'd say start checking them all.

Also get gmail for your next email, best shit out there.
