all right - metal question.

what Sepultura is worth checking out? I've always been sort of put off, but I have a couple of homies who swear Roots and the albums that are worthwhile. what say you SLAP pals?

Digging that older shit and especially the thrash, huh?
Yeah.. Pretty much 80% of what I listen to is from the 80s. And mostly thrash/speed/heavy.

I'm not much of a black metal dude, so maybe I don't even know what makes good black metal, but when I haven't been listening to Snakes For The Divine this week I've been listening to Leviathan's Massive Conspiracy Against All Life. what an incredibly hateful record, good shit.

some more old death metal, too - Grindcrusher comp, Raging Death comp.

and Harvey Milk's Live Pleaser. more hard rockin', but still rulin'.

super stoked theres a thread like this.
im mostly into all classic shit: king diamond, mercyful fate, death, danzig, old slayer, morbid angel, malevolent creation and others
i haven't really tried to check out new bands, i just dont think i'll get into them, unless someone recommends something good!
i think the self-clap should be more socially acceptable
