You haven't checked out Ministry before? For the most part, they're the epitome of industrial.

I don't care for Ministry outside of Psalm 69, and The Land Of Rape And Honey.  When it comes to weird Industrial shit I prefer The Swans and Godflesh.
i have this on my computer and never got fully into it but it is an interesting listen and i would say i enjoy it, my brain just cant comprehend it.

also the jonbenet covered their song "sex, god, sex" on this

It's their least metal album, but I've been using "Damnation" by Opeth in order to fall asleep lately. If you want fucked up dreams, listen to "Thematic Emanation of Archetypal Multiplicity" and/or "MoRT" by Blut Aus Nord as you're falling asleep. It's crazy.

Why would black metal not count as metal?

I am pretty excited about the new Nachtmystium.  Total break from the traditional black metal.  You can't even call them black metal anymore.

http://www.candlelightrecords.co.uk/digital/ecard/nachtmystium_addicts_ecard/nachtmystium_ecard.htm

I'm not too stoked on this, but I've never been a huge Nachtmystium fan. But this sounds pretty goth inspired to me.

So I just remembered about Gaza, and I want to say thank you to HATE!. I've just listened to the songs on their Myspace page, but the opening to "He Is Never Coming Back" (the song) is one of my favorite openings to a song ever. Once I put my paycheck into my account, I'm going to order "He Is Never Coming Back" and "All the Dread Magnificence of Perversity" by Gnaw Their Tongues (thanks again HATE!) and I still need to order the "Ultraviolence Über Alles" reissue by The CNK.

I haven't heard any new heavy tunes I've enjoyed for a minute.
looking forward to new Harvey Milk and Melvins records, though.

I actually did like Nude With Boots. I especially thought the tandem drumming was really working.
but, you know, it's the Melvins...there's a good chance this one will be totally different than the last.

oh, I did hear a decent metalcore record...Black Breath. it's just metalcore, though, you know?
I couldn't get too excited.

it's a quality record, ha, I'm sure my own jadedness and weariness with the genre is the problem.
if anybody reading this digs that kind of stuff, then I will endorse it for sure.
Heavy Breathing by Black Breath, check it out, dudes.

yeah, i liked nude with boots as well

and Black Breath is definitely not a metalcore band, theyre good though. i would apply metalcore to more like converge botch coalesce ect.

eh, I don't know. a lot of their shit reminds me of old Cave-In.
every metal band out there is trying to throw some Celtic Frost and shit in the mix lately,
but...eh, I don't know.

I'll quit being a hater and give it another listen.

so I went back and listened to Black Breath, and realized that I was thinking of something else.
I was kinda fucked up at the time I was listening to some new shit...whoops.

anyway, Black Breath is just metal. No sub-genre stuff needed. Pretty damn solid too, I reckon.
Now what the fuck was the non-nauseating metalcore? Fuck.
