let me put it to you this way.  flip was THE BEST company in the days of the original sorry and everyone knew it.  half those guys are gone now and there are only a handful of parts that i'm looking foward to in extremely sorry.  they ain't what they used to be

Yeah, Seek was so cool they went under in less than two years. Legacy was so epic that Shane Cross couldn't wait to leave. Popwar was so radically gnarly that NOBODY in their right mind would buy their fiberglass/wood hybrid.

Oh, you are so right about Stereo as well. I'm sure when that show with Hyde from That '70s Show drops on MTV it will be bigger than The OC. Chris Pastras is a natural comedic talent. Sick d00d!

Was Hook-Ups ever awesome? I mean that shit was before my time, but I've always been fond of their geeky graphics.

I just know Greco used to ride for them, I've seen his part in Asian Goddess

I was really psyched on new deal when 7 year glitch came out, and then they went under almost immediately.

remember when grant patterson was introduced as am for bootleg? it might have been one of their lasts ads, on the back of the 2004 KOTR thrasher. I think the ad was a nollie heelflip crooks down a handrail, or a nollie heel boardslide.

its funny, you thought think would have been 'sink' years ago, but somehow they've retained peoples interest enough even without street corner (tony) caring. city gets pretty slept on as is, and a whole other story is creative/high grade. what really goes on over there....is all of the business directly marketed towards 'stoner appearal' brands? I've seen satori, creation, uprise you name it, all over magazines and specialized shops that also sell dr bronners soap, organic hemp clothing ect ect.

was Iota pretty cool? I never saw one, but their ads were sick, plus it was ran by Satva (I think), and Emeric Pratt rode for them.

Isn't that when Paul Manchu was slightly relevant in the skate world?

I really liked Media, but I think I'm biassed because I met jake stewart, and he was fucking rad. A long ass time ago while he and whoever he was with was on their way up to slam city jam, I managed to weasle my way into my friends car who was showing them around town. We were at some spot and he noticed I was riding one of their boards, so as a gesture of kindness he set up a new board and gave me his still pretty much brand new board.
