like that trick stevie williams does but with an extra 180?

No it would be a pop shove-it back lip. The board is only doing one rotation of 180degrees not 360.
i don't see how you would figure that. anytime you do a 180 onto a handrail, you're landing in grind. front pop back lip is possible (board turns 90), but a bs shove back lip would not be possible, it'd be bigspin like the other dude said.
