it has been in the works since potrero was still in pplanning stages. I remember everybody saying that potrero was going to be the tranny spot, and octavia would be the street plaza.

when i lived in the city, about 3 years ago we set up stuff to skate in there, then go shut down by the fuzz. someone had told us about it but i think the city makes $ using the area as a parking lot. i hope it happens sooner than later.

That spot was fun while it lasted. One of the only spots you could skate in the rain in the city. I was so bummed when they shut it down just so people could pay to park there
