video came in to the shop today...retail is 10 bucks for over an hour long video. its basically what you'd expect from a baker video, except at skate parks instead of the streets. ill try to rip it when i have some time but hopefully somebody beats me to it, i dont have any software/time at the moment. reynolds fakie heelflips that yellow 12 set. super sick/shocking.

I am not all about the drug and hijinx stuff, but since they have been doing it since day one, it is always fun to see what they got on film. I want to see that Auntuan fight.

agreed. Baker sets a pretty bad example for the kids. I know skateboarding is supposed to be rebellious or whatever, but this kind of shit just gives skateboarding an even more negative image to the public/mothers of 12 year olds. We have a board up on the wall that has weed, thizz pills, crumpled up money, etc.... I want to make a company that's all about positive hijinx. Kind of like the opposite of baker. The bulleted points on our movie ad would contain things like "HIGH MORALS", "HELPING OLD LADIES CROSS THE STREET", "APOLOGIZING WHEN YOU KNOW YOU"RE WRONG", and "EATING RIGHT: HEALTH FOOD SHOPPING"

It's going to be a rad video.

I guess it doesn't help that the skating isn't really what I would look for in a video. I know skateboarding has room for a lot of different companies and personality types but I feel like I could do without baker/deathwish.

eh, I don't have much say in what we carry. The kids pretty much get what they want. If it were up to me we would have all the "core" companies and then lose money every time a kid came in to get plan B, baker, etc....the numbers don't lie, baker is here to stay

I would like to stand behind the counter and just vibe kids all day like "what!? you don't know about traffic, get out!"

i would just like to add that i have been following baker since baker 2g (i was probably 10 when it came out/i saw it)
i have never done drugs of any sort, i dont even drink, i dont have face tats, im polite to senior citizens, i eat healthy etc.

i say let baker/deathwish do their thing

yeah its cool, I'm just spouting off about some bullshit. I just think its sort of weird you know? to each his own. The skateboarding is still top notch.

The video has some funny shit, its a good watch. mostly all the riders doing there signiature tricks at demos and some little street montages.. the shake promo is a bonus feature and is really sick.. lizard has some tight shit.
No figgy or sammy baca footage but I think sammy is in some hi jinks parts.
