Any tips of controlling the munchies? Hate when i eat 10pounds of this and that at the evening and the next day is fucking horrible. Can't eat pretty much at all that day but then after a couple of hits it begins. I feel like it's a fucking rat race.

This ain't really gonna help if you're eating some high quality grub but if you're munching on dorritos or cosmic brownies etc. just think about the shittiness of what you're putting into yourself and (at least for me) it's usually off-putting enough for me to stop eating

Thanks! Gonna try that. That's hard though cause i normally eat "healthy" and burn a nice amount of calories per day and all that. All i'm saying it's easier in my mind to justify the stuffing that way.

But will this turn my munching into some sad event like when cheating on your girl you think "fuck, this is wrong and should stop now" and end just banging while feeling a lot shittier and getting only about 80% of the pleasures of the activity.

It's hard to control the primal instincts.

i don't know if you've ever tried this, but it works for me. just make sure you eat before you smoke and try not to het high on an empty stomach. it's like you're beating the munchies before they even have a chance to attack yr stoned ass, ya feel meh?
