I would kill a human to have 4 pairs of black Duffs KCK's,might look inside e-bay when money in the pocket would feel better...they skated like shit because of the empty space inside,Kareem was saying Duffs pull out a damn golf shoes i remember thinking he was right but the way they looked on film was the fucking perfection.

There was also a summer when és was making Breaker 2's when they still had the OG Accel sole on it a long time ago and was only $40 bucks. pretty much a narrower and slighty thinner Accel that looked fucking sick.

Apparently I took a picture of the godsends.

yeah I can't even skate in them during the summer here. (90+ degrees daily) I'm thinking about buying the black lows as a substitute.

I still regret not getting the Pop's Manchesters. Skate those with the Gino NY map board and you'd be a living Mapquest.

Vans just put out some shoes that look real similar to those,  I tried a pair on the other night and they felt really good.  I kept calling them "that stan smith shoe"

The sole on them felt really good for a cup sole,  it's just a shame that anything else feels like a hiking boot after skating a few pairs of eras in a row.

Nike SB Insole mainly. but dunk / jordan 1  (same outsole)

id like to shake the hand of whoever came up with the nike insole.  especially on the older tech SBs  (ecue,url) they are very different then the current ones. glad i stockpiled.  i use the sb insole in any shoe - noticed they started gluing them down

The url insole was the best of the bunch. The full length air in the ecue seemed to hurt me feet sometimes, but the heel and forefoot only were hands down the comfiest ever. They are just too thick to fit in most shoes these days.

Yeah true that, East coast summers are a killer with that leather liner. I either have to suck it up, or change my socks every hour or else my feet just slide right out. I did just buy the black lows and I'm about to be skating them this week. They have the nonleather shit inside.

The URL and Angus had the best insoles.  The Ecue was too much, despite the shoe's very slim sole, you couldn't feel your board because of that zoom throughout the foot.  Regardless, the Ecue had a nice shape.  I picked a few pairs up from the nike outlet at $40, and it sure did save me a lot of money in that I never had to buy shoes.  3 pairs lasted like 4 years.

I think the URL was mostly foam, but the heel and forefoot had zoom pads.
The Angus had only the heel zoom pad, but the entire foam insole was perferated like a sponge, and had really good padding in the forefoot, w/o the zoom.
