You probably need to download VLC Player. You can download it for free, but I'm sorry I don't know the website address off the top of my head. I had the same problem with several of the videos on here until I downloaded VLC Player.

They have already been on box set for quite some time now.
The only one that is out of print is "Sucking the Life" or whatever it's called.
