When I try to download LA county, it gets REALLY slow after a few minutes.
Any idea why ? which server should I choose ?

haha, yesterday i tried to upload Strongest of the Strange and i got an error saying i needed more memory or something... i have ubuntu and know how to use it, but i need windows for some things, i'm sick of it. like it or not, you can't just ditch windows.

i was getting so pissed yesterday trying to get LA county, i seem to have a decent connection right now. I've tried installing various download managers, i.e. LeechGet, didn't help too much though. I've been using firefox to download because if you use IE you can't resume your download if it stops, which you can do with firefox and opera. I don't know that which server you choose makes a difference, theoretically, it should not matter. Watching the progress of my download, it started at 300k, i've got about 92megs of the file, and it's now slowed down to uh, wait, FUCK! it's stopped. GD FILEFRONT! Gonna try to resume. p.o.s.

i have the same problem. When i start downloading, the wait is 30 minutes, then, all of a sudden, its gonna take 569 minutes.

stop complaining, it took me about 3 weeks to download this shit of emule, at one point the download was stuck at 99.7% for 3 days... but yeah, its worth the wait.
