Please tell me I am sensing a hint of sarcasm there. How many companies have we seen launch and fail over the years. Even with well-established pros its never a sure thing. I think this was most definitely a bad move and barring some miracle the company won't last more than a year or two.

there are plenty of skater run companies started by guys like ethan fowler and rob gonzales that are having enough trouble surviving. those skaters have been putting out amazing skating for years. in my eyes, guys who have given everything to skating, making way less than this kid at certain points in their career to ride for legit companies, deserve the money from a skate company more than a kid who has been alive for a shorter time than they have been skating.

yeah i agree, ethan fowler is my favorite skateboarder, so obviously im not gonna act like i think nyjahs company is as tight as his, BUT im not the only person in the world, so nyjah can have a company if he wants, people who like it will buy iy, people who dont, wont buy it. that doesnt mean that im gonna go around acting like i own skateboarding, and my opinions are the only ones that matter.

I didn't say it would be a smashing success, just that it's hardly unreasonable for someone with his fame and ability to launch a board brand and and call himself pro. I mean he was always precocious, and if Andrew Pott is a pro now then Nyjah's time is long overdue.
