love it...pura vida...patenetta...that's what they call skateboards....brings back memories...skating all night in San Jose with patrols with baseball bats roaming the streets (wasn't sure who they were at the time, but have since learned they were actually protecting each block from criminals)

to Skating the hills San Leandro.....pure people, very nice, humble, smiling...you can tell they don't have an army

and the food is bomb...gallo pinto con........carne, pescado, achiote, polla......gallo pinto con huevos.....

thanks for the flashback....
did i mention that prostitution is legal as well.....a very welcoming country to say the least....don't go during the rainy season though
