If there was Guitar Riff World Champion Ship, this song would be out there every year on the top.

Didn't see this thread when I made the Naam topic so -

My friend's band -

Naam

just released their first album on Teepee Records.  I guess it is heavy, psych, stoner rock.  Pretty awesome.  It is a concept album about
the fall of man.  Check it out.

Not the best Stoner/doom rock knower, but I like Electric Wizard. I think Ethan Fowler used them in his Cataclysmic Abyss part.

Candlemass is tight and all, but you can't fade the original.  I mean come on, Master is like the blueprint for stoner/doom.

The Gates Of Slumber "Ice Worm - Official Video Clip" (Doggysmile Pictures)
The Gates of Slumber are true doom, they are probably one of the greatest doom bands to come out in the last 10 years.
Saint Vitus - Dying Inside - Oliver's Bar - Indianapolis 1987
And no lover for Saint Vitus shame on all of you.
Props to the guy that posted pentagram.  I would take them over Sabbath any day of the week for being doom metal.  Black Sabbath is to heavy metal then doom.  They were influential to the music but they are not doom.  Trouble, Pentagram, the obsessed, and Saint Vitus are the first doom metal bands.  Also does no one Earthride they are some good stoner

Its not just about the doom, its about the stoner rock too.  Sabbath is totally stoner rock, Clutch would be heavy rock, but stoner metal as well.

Superhappy doom time.  Listen to metal right now.  12am-2am cst.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.
