Been listening to a lot of Color Haze lately, this song has such a great slow build to it.

I find myself listening to Lords of Light a lot when baked. I have a lot of friends who can't get into the vocals, but fuck this stuff is awesome. The were sick live too. Try to cop their records if you ever see them used or something:

Disembowelment and Evoken. Not really "stoner-ish" but fuck it.

Putting the new Uncle Acid on now...

It's kinda polished... but I still love those guys.

They also just put their first live shows up on youtube. You still can't see their faces. So rad.

Quality is terrible but I still get chills thinking about how happy I would be to be there. Full boner show.

Also, this one.

I felt the need to finally register as a member after reading 6 pages full of great stoner recommendations and not seeing Orange Goblin's name pop up even once. Anyway here's the band that got me into the genre along with Electric Wizard:

It IS a little more polished than I like.? ? that being said, I like that this one isn't immediately as catchy.? ? It's a slow burn and a little darker.? ? Kinda seems more like the type of songs a drugged up Satanic cult of killers would make.

it's an awesome record.  get build on their past two.

Already posted this somewhere else but every time I put this record on at the bar at least a couple of people ask me who the fuck it is.

Mind Control is good but Blood Lust is so fucking dope I love how the first three tracks feel like a similar riff but played at different tempos. Maybe that's just me.

I was bummed at my first listen, figured that it might just take a bit to get into it (unlike Blood Lust, which I was hooked on immediately), and I was right.  After about 4-5 full plays, I couldn't get enough of it, been the only thing I put on at work this week other than Bongripper's Satan Worshipping Doom going back-to-back.  Good stuff.

Nice ... I saw Earthless play a couple years back ... it was pretty incredible. And I wasn't even high.

Dopesmoker is the ultimate stoner album. Shit is so fucking epic. I  bought both album versions cause I love it so much ... but the green cover is second best.

Over two and a half years since anyone has posted here. Been getting real into stoner rock lately, let's get this thread going again.

I'll start with a classic that hasn't been posted here.
