Alright Holmes, here's some tips. Use your old bushings, works out the kinks faster unless your bushings are shot. Buy the Bones medium bushings, the ones with the yellow caps. They are no joke and make all trucks even better. When I was on the road and didn't have time to break in new trucks, I'd put the slightest amount of a lube in the pivot cup. On the road it could have been Chapstick, Carmex, or a drop of speed cream. It takes away the stick to it. Don't crank down on the new bushings. For Christ sakes, they are Indys and it's a crime to ride tight trucks. Besides all of this, a new pair of Indys will break in pretty good after a full day of skating.
