some of the models were quite nice, especially ardea. i believe the company was marketed mostly in central europe, but i think i've seen an aeon ad of carolino in tws or something.

those shoes were pretty fucked up. ardea was the ONLY one you could skate in. they for example had shoe that with a 120€ (150dollars) price tag on them and the shoe exploded after 15minutes of skating. quality footwear...? no.

and the owners were pretty weird, couldn't hold it together at all. those guys were trying to push their shit out of france without knowing how to speak english. imagine the communication between them and the buyers.

From what I understand, Aeon is from the same stable as Square and Lordz wheels and has some tie-in with Puzzle - the dudes there probably did all the design and motion graphics or something...

I dont think Aeon sells much in Europe in general. When I was in lyon, kids would be wearing either sole tech, podium, or nike shoes. Lakai gets mad love in Lyon.
