i'm not from atlanta, but the foundation is the best DIY i've ever skated. the halfpipe there is better than most skateparks(but its made of metal ouch)

Its 28 Celsius here today, I have a rucksack full of bricks, two stolen bags of cement, and the concrete foundation of a small building in the woods near my house down by the river. Came on here to get pumped up to put the work in.....bring on sundown!

I whipped this up in sketch-up, but has anybody else tried to build something similar? I want to make it where you could wallie it and get stuff on the bank without the whole box flipping, but I also want it to be portable.

I've helped build essentially that same box before. As long as it's gonna be at least 6 to 8 feet long it should be heavy enough not to move. For transport, just screw some casters to one end, and a handle the other and you're set.

yep everybody was saying june 1st, but thats okay i landed what I wanted to do there.


as for the bannister ditch I was thoroughly disappointed, it was way weirder and steeper than I expected.

you got any news on when the bowls at Cedar park are going to be done? or if the "concrete criminals, dream destroyers" are gonna build something else anywhere?

It's a shame about alien pod, I always wanted to skate it. Last time I went to Austin I didn't get to skate at all and it was the middle of summer. I should have just sucked up the heat and went!!

Anybody have any recommendations for industrial wheels/casters for a portable box? I want to be able to roll it around by lifting it up on one end, it's a pretty heavy box also.
