My friend just broke his wrist in 3 places by falling on it on top of a rail. He only had the cast on for like 5 1/2 weeks and it was goretex or something so he could wash it.

I've got a tiny tiny crack in a tiny tiny wrist bone which happens to be like the slowest bone to recovery in the human hand. fuck...

And the cast must be covered with towells and plastic bags while showering.
